Marketing Intern
Regions Bank
June 2018 – August 2018
Birmingham, Alabama
For the second summer, I worked in the Marketing department at Regions Bank. While there, I focused primarily on Content Marketing through the publishing of content for Regions.com Insights pages. Along with attending webinars and furthering my knowledge of marketing in a hands on setting, I also headed the analysis of data surrounding re-work tracking for the department. In that analysis, I looked into agency and internal hours of rework, the causes of that rework and ways in which to improve upon the current system of edits.

Activities
Study Abroad - Florence, Italy
August 2018 - December 2018
While studying abroad in Italy I was able to visit 13 countries and over 20 different cities. I was also able to successfully immerse myself into a foreign culture while connecting with others from around the world. The experience allowed me to strengthen my interpersonal skills due to my interactions with other students and foreigners. Additionally, it gave me a more global perspective and I have become even more adaptable and open-minded. The experience is one that I am incredibly fortunate to have participated in and it has greatly shaped the way I see myself and others. I blogged throughout those months abroad, and there is plenty of insight on all the lessons I learned and the memories I made.
